3. Booking and Cancellations
3.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through Melbourne Silver Cab are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email or SMS once successfully processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided contact details and trip information are accurate at the time of booking.
3.2 Cancellation Terms
To ensure a fair experience for both customers and drivers, the following cancellation policy applies:
Full Refund – For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.
50% Refund – For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
No Refund – For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
3.3 How to Cancel
Customers can cancel their booking using any of the following methods:
All cancellation requests must include the booking reference number to be processed.
3.4 Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
